Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Corsiga Audio Visual Service LLC ("Corsiga AV," "we," "us") provides professional audio/visual, surveillance, security, network infrastructure, and related installation services to residential and commercial clients in the greater Chicago area.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions discovered during installation. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Access

Client must provide reasonable access to the work site during agreed-upon installation windows. If access is not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule and may apply a trip fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the project quote. Standard terms require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and check.

5. Warranty

Corsiga AV warrants installation workmanship for a period of one year from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties on equipment apply separately and are passed through to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Corsiga AV's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or property damage beyond the scope of our work.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Project changes must be documented in writing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in DuPage County, Illinois.
